1. Is there a fee?: No, this is a free service provided by the Kansas Highway Patrol. Please call 785-296-6800 for more information.

2. Why can't I order direct?: Because Federal code provides for 1 state point of contact (SPOC) to administer the program on behalf of state and local units of government. Please call 785-296-6800 for more information.

3. What federal agencies are involved in the PARTNERS Program?: The United States Army, Department of Justice (DOJ), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and the General Services Administration (GSA) are active PARTNERS participants. Please call 785-296-6800 for more information.

4. What forms of payment are acceptable?: The PARTNERS Program will only accept checks. Personal checks and Purchase Orders (PO’s) are not accepted. Please call 785-296-6800 for more information.

5. Do our department's point of contact and the alternate have to be certified Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs)?: No. There just has to be one certified officer employed by your department to be eligible for the PARTNERS Program. Please call 785-296-6800 for more information.

6. Are private schools eligible?: No. Only local and state units of government (e.g. school districts, townships, counties, etc.) are eligible.
