What you'll need:

  1. Name of County in Kansas where the ticket was issued
    • located at both the top and bottom of the ticket.
    • If the county is not listed on CitepayUSA, then you must pay by mail or contact the County Court directly to make a payment 
  2. Citation number or case number
    • located in the middle of the ticket
  3. Recipient's date of birth

Drivers issued a Uniform Notice to Appear (NTA), also known as a ticket or citation, must pay the fine(s) and court costs, or contact the County Court where the violation occurred, on or before the court date listed on the ticket.

  • If MUST APPEAR is marked, then you are required to appear in person in the County Court at the date and time listed on the ticket.

Tickets are digitally submitted to the court at the time of issuance. Please direct any questions, requests for diversion, or dismissal to the County Court listed on the ticket.

Fines for traffic infractions are set by state law and are uniform in all 105 Kansas counties. Additional court costs will vary by county.

NOTE: It may take up to 5 - 7 business days for a new citation to be available for online payment.
