What is PARTNERS?
PARTNERS is a free service provided to any unit of state and local government throughout Kansas. Supplies and equipment for COUNTER-DRUG activities can be purchased at discounted prices through federal purchasing channels.
How do I know if I am Eligible?
Any department conducting COUNTER-DRUG activity that has at least one Certified Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) on staff is eligible.
Any equipment purchased can only be used for COUNTER-DRUG activities.
