The PARTNERS Program will provide you with the tools to help you research your equipment needs to provide the best price available. Most of the purchasing work has been done for you! For more information, or to enroll in the PARTNERS Program, email PARTNERS.

Save time and money in the purchase of equipment and supplies used in counter-drug activities by expanding the buying power of your agency.

You can electronically search federal military supply centers, General Service Administration (GSA) supply centers, and contract vendor catalogs to buy supplies and equipment.

The KHP PARTNERS Program staff can do the legwork for you if your department does not have a purchasing unit. All you have to do is make the request. We are here to help!

Orders are shipped directly to your department.

Certification & Approval

Upon receipt of the forms, PARTNERS staff will review and evaluate them for accuracy and completeness.

Upon approval of the forms, Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) certification will be verified by the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (KLETC).

Once approved, a PARTNERS acceptance letter, certificate, and training packet will be sent to your department’s point of contact.
